Dávila-Wilcox wedding

Dr. Ronald and Victoria Wilcox of Peachtree City announce the marriage of their son, Ross Carl Wilcox, to Sarai Elora Dávila, daughter of Alex and Patricia Dávila of Vancouver, Wash.

The wedding took place in the Portland LDS Temple on July 16, 2016, with a reception following in Vancouver. The couple honeymooned in the historic resort town of Park City, Utah. A reception for Georgia friends and family will be held on Aug. 12 at Whitewater Creek.

The bride is a 2011 graduate of Hudson’s Bay High School in Vancouver, Washington and attends Brigham Young University with a major in English and a minor in creative writing.

Burns-Whittmyer wedding

Leigh Allison Burns, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Stephens Burns of Fayetteville was married to Mr. Mark Allen Whittmyer on Saturday, April 30, 2016. The ceremony and reception were held at Rhodes Hall in Atlanta. Ms. Meredith de Saint-Albin, friend of the bride and groom officiated the ceremony.

The bride graduated from Fayette County High School, from the University of Georgia and also received her MHP from Georgia State University. She is employed with the Georgia Main Street Program, Georgia Department of Community Affairs.

Garrison-Brumbeloe wedding

Rebecca Garrison and Jared Brumbeloe were married on April 2, 2016.

The ceremony was held at Sugar Hill Church in Sugar Hill, Ga. with Pastor Andy Blankenship and the Rev. Cecilia Tucker officiating.

Rebecca is the daughter of Richard and Jill Garrison of Cumming. Jared is the son of Kevin and Joy Brumbeloe of Fayetteville.

The bride graduated from Forsyth Central High School. She then graduated from Georgia College and State University with a degree in psychology. She currently attends Augusta University pursuing a masters of health in occupational therapy.

Timmis-Russell Wedding

Rebecca Timmis, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. David Paul Timmis, and Theodore Malcolm Russell Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Malcolm Russell, were married on April 18th, 2015. The ceremony and reception were held at Pepper Plantation in Charleston, S.C.. Reverend Doug Farmer officiated the ceremony. Given in marriage by her father and mother, the bride was attended by her sisters, Jennifer and Nicole, as maid and matron of honor. Nicole's three children, Jacob, Noah and Maggie were the ring bearers and flower girl. The best man was the brother of the groom, Nicholas Russell.

The bride graduated from McIntosh High School in 2004, from Washington and Lee University in 2008 and also received her MBA from The Wharton School where she was a Palmer Scholar. She is a currently a strategy consultant with Bain & Company in New York.
