Donut place in Fayetteville

I keep hearing about a new place in Fayetteville that has New Orleans type donuts that are delicious. Would someone please tell me exactly where they are located (including maybe a landmark). I'm from PTC and would like to try their donuts. Thank you.

Snapfinger & Lagniappe
Lagniappe is the name of the place and yes, they have regular donuts, but the real attraction to some is the New Orleans style Beignets.

It's a grind
Lagniappe also has a 2nd location across from the hospital in the old "It's a Grind" location.
