pass a  law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more
than 3% of  GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible
for  re-election."

This group of 'lawmakers' in Congress has been a big waste of taxpayer money. (Both major parties). I usually stay away from the extreme, but something like this may get Congress moving! Any more ideas?
