Time is pretty much up on anyone else serious entering the race with primaries right around the corner, so the front runners are Romney, Perry and Cain. No one else in the pack has shown anything at all after the debates started and aren't in contention for anything except "who drops out first." If Repubs were smart, there would be a lot of chatter and leaks about rallying around a Romney-Cain or Romney-Rubio ticket(Rubio would be long-term politically wise to say no and stay in the Senate) ticket. So...don't expect the Repubs to do that and instead let Romney-Perry bloody each other and also split the big money donors and everyone else.
