If you EVER wanted proof that Representative Lynn Westmoreland was "All Hat, No Cattle", today was absolute proof of that.

Westmoreland was offered a position on the powerful House Appropriations Committee today...AND HE TURNED IT DOWN.

The Appropriations committee controls America's purse strings. Westmoreland had an opportunity to put his money where his mouth is, and have direct influence over fiscal legislation.

He turned it down.....I wonder why?
