I am still correct..
Note my article did not say anything that Obama did by Executive order..
I did not claim Obama "ordered anything" that is the email issue..
However the loan did go through and this administration did not stop it.. now did they? That is the gist of my article.. Now argue that one "enlightened citizens"..
The US Import/Export bank has board members in this administration and with George Soros. Obama's ties to Soros have been documented..
There is a big difference 1 and DM between claiming a fact is incorrect and proving it..
The email that Obama signed an executive order is incorrect and factcheck is therefore correct.. The Soros connection however is not checked in this factcheck article and thus Obama's role is therefore NOT fully explored.
It is the height of laziness by you guys to just go to FC and stop there.. You understand that FC is not the sole arbiter of all things factual right?
Obama and Soros and Petrobras are however linked together and all benefit from the Gulf Disaster. And that oh enlightened ones is the gist of my post..

You're trying to weasel out of your false accusation. You posted a blog with the headline: "Obama signs $2 Billion dollar loan to Petrobras for Oil drilling in deep water", demonstrably untrue. And you start the blog with: "Obama Administration pays off George Soros and Move.org to the tune of 2 BILLION dollars". Also demonstrably untrue.
Then when you get called on it, you post "The US Import/Export bank has board members in this administration and with George Soros."
Even though the Factcheck article explicitly stated: "None of President Obama’s appointees had joined the Ex-Im board at the time of the vote, which was unanimous, and bipartisan." and The Ex-Im Bank states: "In fact, at the time the Bank’s Board consisted of three Republicans and two Democrats, all of whom were appointed by George W. Bush."
I'll agree that, as you say, "There is a big difference... between claiming a fact is incorrect and proving it".

If Obama really believed drilling that deep was wrong then why is he supporting Brazil and their drilling which goes far deeper then the Deep Horizon.. Why? Because it's payback to Soros and CAP. That's why..
So Jeff are you saying that Obama was NOT involved and knew nothing of the mechanizations of those around him.. In other words is he that clueless?

Even if I concede that all you wrote is true which it probably is, this deal went down before all of that. You didn't address the two facts that blow your argument laying it at Obama's feet:

It is tied to current events.. Yes the ORIGINAL letter of commitment was under Bush but Obama just oked the deal..
Haven't you been listening.. Bush was a Progressive as well.. I have said that over and over..
The deal helps out Obama's mentor Soros.. So of course that is one bush program that obama is for...

As for Soros being Obama's mentor, I'm not so sure. Seems to me that fellow travelers would be a more apt description.
On a completely different subject... I'm gradually coming around to a 35-40 loss in the House for the Ds in the fall. I haven't decided yet. I intend to go through the races and see now that the candidates have been chosen and I'll post my state by state predictions for discussion. Looks like y'all saved Reid with Angel but I haven't given it the necessary analysis yet. It's not '92. It feels different; hard to read. Most of the action has been in the Republican Party and the TP has been strong there. On the other hand, their grass roots get out the vote has been pitiful. It really has and there's no sugar coating it. I think they realize that too and might be changing strategy to compensate. I'm still pondering and it's still early. It's interesting times. I've never seen anything like it.

Last poll I saw they were tied, Reid up 17. Angle's run in with reporter asking about stuff she posted on her web site had to be disturbing. Complete amateur. She's new, first time in the big leagues, it'll take a while for her to get used to it. Still, she seems gaff prone and Reid is a pro at this stuff. He'll keep her off balance and off message
He's competitive now that there is someone to compare with him as
the alternative. He's the incumbent, in control of the state party, unlimited funding, state wide favors to be pulled in.
He's far from toast.
