knowing that our police are spending time handing out tickets for seatbelt usage. Hardly a time goes by when I am at the quick Trip that I don't see a bunch of hood rats with out of county tags selling drugs but Barney Fife and the rest of the gang that can't shoot straight is out there doing outstanding detective work at the stop signs.
