Sprayberry's BBQ

Stopped by Sprayberry's #2 today for lunch and now I know why it's been years since I ate there. 2 buck tea was weak, like water with food coloring in it; BBQ Sandwich w/slaw was 6.39, .56 xtra if u want the slaw separate; My sandwich bun was all mush and could not be eaten as a sandwich; slaw has huge chunks in it; a BBQ plate, with steak fries, slaw and stew is 17.95 and finally, BBQ to go is 13.50 a lb. Mac & cheese (2.20) was pretty good. Blv I'll stick to Dean's in Jonesboro, 12.00 a lb and it's all made from hams, not butt/shoulder.

I wholeheartedly endorse this review! I cannot figure out what has happened to Sprayberry's BBQ...for many years they were the best in this area. The past year and a half, though, they've taken a serious turn for the worse. The last BBQ I ate there reminded me of the mush BBQ they used to serve in elementary school.
It's sad to see how far they've fallen.
