If your organization has a policy or practice that doesn't benefit minorities equally, watch out: The Obama administration could sue you for racial discrimination under a dubious legal theory that many argue is unconstitutional.
His remedy — short of new affirmative-action legislation — is to sue financial companies, schools and employers based on "disparate impact" complaints — a stealthy way to achieve racial preferences, opposed 2 to 1 by Americans.

It doesn't matter that it is unconstitutional when America is being run by a racist, marxist, dictator (obama) hell bent on destroying the very fabric of what made this country great. This is what you people voted for. It doesn't matter that the root of the problem lies in children being raised without a father. Obama owes too much to Unions, George Soros, Move-On and every other whacko-leftist organization that put him in power.
It's always amusing to see pictures of all these "disadvantaged" minorities and union members, none of whom look to be suffering the ravages of malnutrition. The gub'ment under obama has just turned into Jesse Jackson on steroids. MLK would be so proud now that, by law, people will be judged by the color of their skin rather than the content of their character.

AMERICA doesn't need this in 2012-2016
America doesn't need someone to divide us further by using racial preferences to achieve HIS version of fairness. Obama doesn't want America to heal and prosper, he wants to divide us further and weaken us by borrowing money that we don't have and put it all on the backs of our children and grandchildren.

The more the 'Joe Kawfi's' speak their 'hate', the more people are moving away from this sickness of racism in America. It is healthy to have different opinions in the United States. I think the majority of Americans are awake - and the Rove's of the Republican Party missed the wake up party. Yup - life is good!
