Please help me understand something. If I am traveling North on 74 and come to South Kedron DR. I stop at the intersection to make a U-Turn on to South 74. You come to the South Kedron Rd stop to turn left on to 74 South in your imaginary sports car (Read Mini van or SUV). Who has the right of way? Now I realize this may be beyond your limited geographic literacy but I thought I would attempt to provide you the opportunity to think this one over. If you have no idea what I'm talking about perhaps you should engage your parent gene and discuss this with your child. My vehicle is much larger than your imaginary sports car.
