DNC Video: "The Government Is The Only Thing We All Belong To"

This is the only thing you need to know about the democrat liberal agenda. They believe that we are all slaves to government. They believe that they own us and therefore we are their slaves.
We all belong to this country, and the government is a necessary part to maintain a civil society, howver we do not belong to government. Government belongs to the people, and has a responsibility to the people to spend our tax dollars wisely. That is something that this 'president' and the democrat party has failed to do.

The only thing they have been successful at is growing goverment unnecessarily and growing the national debt.

Obama and the Chicago style of politics..

“You know what? We know everything about you,” Raymond shot back. “We’ve been watching you, and since you don’t support Obama, we’ll deal with you.”

Chicago NAACP official David Lowery alleges that one Louis Raymond, the Illinois Political Director of Obama for America, issued a vague threat to him on a phone conversation. Reportedly, Lowery was explaining to Raymond that he (Lowery) doesn‘t approve of the job the president’s doing because he doesn’t think the President is tackling issues of relevance to the black community. Rather than explain the president’s record, Raymond apparently went for a threat.

That's the Chicago way...

Don't be a Black person and go off the reservation...

...cause if you do you will be pillared.

"Actress Stacey Dash, who has starred in everything from the 90′s hit Clueless to CSI, prompted a firestorm on Twitter after publicly endorsing Republican nominee Mitt Romney, and then standing by her opinion.

“Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future. @mittromney @teamromney #mittromney #VOTE #voteromney,” Dash wrote on her official Twitter page, accompanied by a photo of herself with an American flag."

Not long after, presumed Obama supporters began insulting Dash for her opinion, saying she isn’t “black” enough, several even asking if the actress would just “kill herself."

The vile comments go on for quiet awhile.

Oh those tolerant Democrats not racist at all.

Butt'n in here,

I know I'm "new" to the comments here, and honestly have little computer knowledge (pc or mac) I haven't figured out yet how to save a picture without doing a "copy image' and pasting it in Word,,,

BUT one thing I do know is this form of communication lends itself to all sorts of Billy Bad Asses (mostly asses)This I promise you and others here at this Fayette Citizen forum, IF I say it here, I'll say it to your face, in a Church, and when the time comes to God Himself. (my dad taught me this value) meaning if ya can't tell God, ....shut up.

DM, so know this, I think your politics suck, politically I'll fight your ideas with all I have. Yet at the same time Ma'am I'll defend your right to be wrong (lol) with ALL I have. This name calling is at the end of the day. a Small Minds way of dealing with issues outside of it's ability to process that particular information

Thanks for the butt'n. Most here do not agree with me and a few others. However - I believe that the 'other side of any issue should be seen in all public forums. Your fighting my ideas can be stimulating - but usually just reinforces that I am right! lol. You are younger than my oldest son - GROWN MEN. DM - I thought

this was your "ultimate" weapon when you lose arguments. After all, when a philosophy like yours is based on empty principles, personal attacks are the best way out of reasoned and logical challenge.

I don't think honesty, integrity, etc., etc., etc., are 'empty principles. You feel that anyone who doesn't agree with your interpretation of 'principle' is wrong. That is your opinion - not mine. I have not lost an argument - for I am not arguing - just presenting another point of view. That seems to be difficult for you and others to understand. Your way or no way does not work in today's world. Guess what - I am human, and do not like being called a whore - not matter what word preceeds it. Would you appreciate being referred to with that word? I agree here with Q - only a small mind goes to that level in discourse.

Two days ago I posted a theme that called into question Barrack Hussein Obama's college records and or attendance. Shortly afterwards you claimed to have knowledge of these records, I was thrilled to hear someone might actually be able to produce the non existence records...
MS DM, I have gone out of my personal way to be polite to you , you assured me you possessed such records, While I'm looking forward to being enlightened with these ever increasing important records, I must say I am growing concerned that yet again, another Democratic Party member who is an Obama supporter might have forgone American and Christian values and lied to me about items not in evidence.

(BTW) it should be noted, Lying to injuns IS "normal" and we expect it,,,

You have to read more than conservative media. Below, two of the many articles written by Obama's girlfriends.
In our country, very seldom does one share their grade point average. This president graduated from Colombia; was accepted at Harvard Law School; was President of Harvard Law Review. One does not achieve this with 'average' grades.
His journals ( which will be seen and read in an upcoming book and movie) will show while in New York, he went through a soul searching regarding who he is- based partly on his bi-racial heritage. Lots of people feel they know this man as well as they have known any public figure,

I don't care for the name-calling myself but I'm not the arbiter of what is OK or not here. It's rather easy to call our elected something like "a bunch of idiots" or whatever, but it would be nice if we could be more civil to each other even if it's just online. The elected? Frankly, a lot of times, they deserve the "names" they get called.

DM - Just as someone

like me, doesn't like being called a racist by you? Is that civil discourse??

Have you any position other than race based arguments?

You have principles DM, but they are based mostly on ideas that are corrupt. You have integrity too, to these ideals. As to honesty? Well, I question whether you are even honest with yourself.

ar·gu·ment   [ahr-gyuh-muhnt]
noun

1.an oral disagreement; verbal opposition; contention; altercation: a violent argument. (not this one DM, we don't fight and we don't debate or argue face to face)
2.a (written) discussion involving differing points of view; debate: They were deeply involved in an argument about inflation. (this one DM)
3.a process of reasoning; series of reasons: I couldn't follow his argument. (this one DM, that is process, it's a process DM)
4.a statement, reason, or fact for or against a point: This is a strong argument in favor of her theory. (this one DM, points to prove your points, look to The Communist Manifesto (1848) and Capital (1867–1894) or Dreams of My Father, for the basis of your arguments)
5.an address or composition intended to convince or persuade; persuasive discourse. (Yes, this one too DM) You first start with a thesis statement, you know the drill, you're a teacher.

Now stop calling people names, and suck it up. Don't lower yourself to their level, that's my advise. BTW, the only label I have ever put on you is socialist, and you are a socialist. Refer to my comment concerning honesty to one's self.

Isn't interesting that the discussion around race can never seem to agree with the celebration that I feel about finding such a town in Georgia as Fayetteville - that has made such a change in race-relations over the past 20-30 years that many other towns in our country have been unable to achieve. From studying the history of this region, I have found that there were many 'white' families and churches who worked very closely with those who felt that Jim Crow was not a good 'human relations' strategy long before it's practice became illegal. If you cannot feel this joy of American living in action - search your own hearts to determine why. The majority of citizens who live here, regardless of their ethnicity, political ideology, skin color - have learned to live together with respect and dignity. I feel that is because they have kindred tastes. There are those who have expressed that they too find Fayetteville and Peachtree City a tribute to the dream of MLK. But they get drowned out by negativity and ideology and the lumping together and labeling all people of a certain color/ideology/political belief/religious philosophy with a negative persona. When I joined this discussion in 2005, I had not had the opportunity to meet the many wonderful people who populate this region. (and yes, I was convinced that the racism that I had experienced in the 50's through the 80's was still here - just hidden - and it may be) Some of you go out of your way to continue to remind us that people of color have a high percentage of poor, undereducated persons. I have never denied that - but honestly became tired of trying to bring out that not ALL PEOPLE OF COLOR fit the descriptions that you so eagerly try to share. (I do consider that 'racist' - and said so often) I am not going to shut up, stop celebrating the good that I find here in 2012; or bring up reasons why all Democrats are not 'socialists, marxists, extremists, and persons who want to take from the 'good' Republicans and give to the 'bad' Democrats or others. Many are reviewing the movie Too BIg To Fail. I sure hope we don't turn the country over to the guys who were advising President George W Bush. My investment that tanked in 2004 is beginning to grow! Makes me feel that my vote is going to go to the right guy.

Thanks

Then why do you go there DM...?

If you don't like being called a "Race-Whore" without evidence of it or just don't like the word... why then do you stoop to that level by throwing out the claim of racist?

You should learn to live by the words you preach DM.

btw- When you post in opposition to someone's views or ideals then you are by definition presenting an argument against those views.
If then you are unwilling or unable to defend the view in counter to the original point then your argument is "broken" when the original author or someone else counter's your opposing viewpoint.
DM you may think you are not "arguing" your point of view when you do this but make no mistake you are the ONLY one that thinks that. So if you wish to believe as you say

Davidsmom wrote:

I have not lost an argument

and it makes you feel better about it then so be it.

But the name calling is un-called for. Unless you can discuss our views and your counter views with at least a shred of respect for those opinions.. well you get what you give.

PTCO it's her fallback position..

..when she says she doesn't present an argument she is correct.. She is presenting her ideology. Her "view" is warped by the fact that she is "Julia".

She was raised by Government, educated by Government, employed by Government and now retired with the Government.

She is who the Democrats story of the "Life of Julia" was all about. She knows nothing else but Government.

So when you or I threaten that comfort zone like she said she has no argument just her "view".

SL/Julia?

Honey - I was grown and married by the time they allowed a Julia on TV! In my time, Nat King Cole couldn't keep his show on TV - and Lena Horn's scenes were cut out of her movies in the south. Government didn't raise me - my educated parents and community did! I consider your comments ignorant and RACIST! My 'view' is based on my experience - your view is based on your lack of knowing more than what Hannity and Rush share with you! My mother graduated from UCLA in 1932 - NO AFFIRMATIVE ACTION! My grandparents and their sisters and brothers also graduated from college. Hannity and Rush and those historians are afraid to tell you about those who were not 'white' who achieved in spite of Jim Crow and institutionalized ignorance. This is not 'whining' but sharing with you a reailty that your limited upbringing has kept from your reality. Many of the products of these families live right here in Fayette County, attend neighborhood churches, shop in the stores, contribute to the economy, etc. Not all people of color who you see here are from CLAYTON COUNTY! And there are some great people of color who live in Clayton County!! Those of you who constantly want to label people of color that you see in your stores, schools, etc. are, in my opinion, racist. I thank those who have expressed what I am expressing here - for I know not all persons in FC harbor the racist attitude that I find in such contributors as Grizz and SL. Having a different ideology is not based on race. The media and politicians have done an excellent job in separating us based on social issues - and the world realizes that we still have this problem because of the diversity that makes us strong and unique. I'm old enough to remember when there were conservative and liberal Democrats and Republicans - but that has changed, Sad. Blacks voting for Obama? Yep - because of pride and how he has stood up to the most denigrating 'vetting' in a long time. But 'blacks' are a minority - and not only 'blacks' are willing to give him four more years. It will be close - but at least we will be exercising our voting right in every state of the union'1

The "Life of Julia" is a Obama campaign infomercial about a women being born, raised, educated, employed and then retired all through the Governments help.

That describes you to a "T". Dm I can't know for a fact but as you say...My 'view' is based on my experience - your view is based on your lack of knowing more than what the Huffington Post and Chris Mathews share with you!

DM you may "think" based on YOUR experience I am a Racist.. then I have to conclude you are a blooming idiot. You don't know me.. you don't know what is in my heart. Since you can't post, not one post, not even one word that even comes close to any definition of racism then you are just trying to stifle the free expression of speech.

That is what race-baiters do and you madam are the queen of race-baiters. You see people like yourself use the charge of racism to try to shut down discussion they themselves disagree with.
Much like a prostitute yelling rape when she doesn't get paid. You yell racism when I break your argument.

DM it matters not what you say. I know who I am and I know who you are too.

You believe in Government I do not.
You believe in Social Justice I do not.
You believe in a Social Contract I do not.
You believe in equal outcomes I do not.

I believe in the individual and what makes US great. You do not.
I believe in Equal Justice you do not.
I believe in individual responsibility you do not.
I believe in equal opportunity you do not.

DM I base these Views on MY experience with Progressive Liberals such as you and YOUR OWN POST and words DM.

Has become a worn out term to put political opponents on the defensive, don't fall for it. Unless you have a Nazi flag on your wall, which I don't suppose you do, you have nothing to worry about. It only diminishes her arguments.

rac·ist  [rey-sist]
noun
1. a person who believes in racism, the doctrine that a certain human race is superior to any or all others.

I don't think there are any on this board that believes this. DM this using this noun as a pejorative to further her political aims. This is a typical progressive tactic to draw attention away from the real issues of property and wealth confiscation by the government.

Color blind works in both directions, but DM has no intention of letting people be color blind. She will take offense at any rational argument against her collectivist principles because it's tactically convenient to do so.

You see RC that old parable about what's good for the goose and all that works just as well today.

So, are you really concerned

Are you really concerned for a black woman who has been "mistreated"? I don't think so. I think you and your party like to point out these things to try to put a "win" in your column. The fact of the matter is, worse things have been said and done by republicans and the tea party. So, whose the better group? Does your example really point out whose the better group? Nope. It only proves that people are people and some people are stupid - it comes in all colors, shapes and sizes.

Now, if Stacy Dash - who is quite beautiful - wants to support a lying rat - well, that is her choice. Her color has nothing to do with it.
