William Charles Adams, Jr., 49, of Lang Drive, Fayetteville, for pointing a gun at another and terroristic threats.
Michael Joseph Agee, 29, of Roxbury Drive, Riverdale, for no insurance and suspended license.

Girl, 12, could now be in Mexico with 21-year-old man

Investigators with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office are still searching for 12-year-old Isabeth Yanez who was last seen on Dec. 27. Investigators said the Fayette County girl may be with 20-year-old Simon Quintana Guiterrez near Acapulco, Mexico. Read More»

Ten arrested at F’ville party for underage drinking

Partying doesn’t always pay, at least when the festivities are loud enough to draw complaints. That was the case at Swan Brook Apartments in Fayetteville Dec. 30 when a visit by police resulted in the arrest of 10 underage drinkers.

Fayetteville Police spokesperson Mike Whitlow said officers responded to a loud party complaint in the early morning hours of Dec. 30 and subsequently arrested 10 people for underage possession of alcohol. Third man arrested in PTC burglaries

Peachtree City Police early Wednesday arrested two Atlanta men in connection with three Christmas week residential burglaries. A third Atlanta man was arrested Wednesday afternoon. All three are charged in the three residential burglaries in the Smokerise and Kedron Hills subdivisions. Read More»

Thieves rob multiple storage units in Tyrone

A pre-Christmas theft at the Shamrock Storage facility on Senoia Road in Tyrone left the locks cut on 64 storage units and the owners of many of those units robbed of some of their belongings.

Tyrone Police Det. Dean Johnson said the thefts occurred sometime between the night of Dec. 22 and the morning of Dec. 23. He said the thieves gained access to the property by cutting the fence on the side of the property adjacent to Crumpton’s Furniture. Read More»

Two arrested in PTC burglaries

Peachtree City Police early Wednesday morning arrested two Atlanta men in connection with two Christmas week residential burglaries in the Smokerise subdivision. The burglary of a home in the Kedron Hills subdivision during the same period of time is still under investigation. Read More»

F’ville arrests 2 in botched Christmas Eve burglary

Fayetteville Police arrested two men on Christmas Eve for the attempted burglary of the Radio Shack store at the Fayette Pavilion. One of the men had been sought for the Dec. 18 burglary of the Sprint store at the Uptown Shopping Center on North Glynn Street. Read More»
