Local realtors visit Georgia legislators at state capitol

About 140 Realtors from across the state attended The Georgia Association of Realtors 2010 Legislative Appreciation Luncheon at the Georgia Railroad Depot adjacent to the State Capitol on February 22. The guest speaker was the Speaker of the House, David Ralston.

Speaker David Ralston, Speaker Pro Tem, Jan Jones and representatives of Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle took time from their busy schedules to discuss legislation with the group. Economist speaks to Midwest Georgia Home Builders March 18

The Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia is excited to announce its upcoming presentation by Dr. Elliot Eisenberg, Senior Economist, National Association of Home Builders. Yamaha to transfer ATV production to Newnan

Japan’s loss will be Newnan’s gain, at least in terms of employment. Yamaha Motor Co. LTD, a longtime Coweta employer, announced earlier this week that the production of its all-terrain vehicle (ATV) line currently located in Japan will be transferred to the company’s Newnan facility.
