27th annual Rose Show in Fayetteville this weekend

The South Metro Rose Society will be holding its 27th annual Rose Show on May 19-20 at Church of Christ Fellowship Hall, 870 Redwine Rd. in Fayetteville. 

Local rose growers are invited to enter their roses for competition. Members of the society will advise newcomers on entering their roses by calling the number below. Entries must be made at the show site between 7-10 a.m. on May 19th for judging.

The show is free to the public from 1-4 p.m. on both days to view, smell, and photograph the hundreds of exhibited roses and rose arrangements. Read More»

This is the final weekend to see Southside Theatre Guild’s production of the beloved, farcical musical, “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to The Forum,” and the theater has three specials running this weekend so you can see the show for less.
