This Saturday, June 16 is the first Market Day event of 2012, along with the Andy Buffington Car Show, as Fayetteville Main Street welcomes everyone to the Lane Brown Gazebo in Downtown Fayetteville to browse through a variety of vendors showcasing their homemade and homegrown products. Everything from jewelry, jellies, flowers, fresh produce and birdhouses, and some delicious desserts are available for sale to the public. Fayetteville hosting ‘Lunch on the Lawn’ event this Friday

Fayetteville Main Street will be holding its second Lunch on the Lawn event this Friday, June 15. This is a wonderful opportunity to take a break from your busy schedules, and enjoy the beautiful weather and great music on the Historic Courthouse Lawn.

The MOM’s Club of Fayetteville will be selling baked goods to help with their fundraising to purchase playground equipment for the Church Street Park Playground Improvement Project. Read More»

Main Street Newnan holds ‘Summer Wined Up’

Main Street Newnan is proud to announce the fourth annual wine event “Summer Wined Up” previously known as “Wine About the Economy”. The event is scheduled for June 15 from 5-9 pm. Twenty-one merchants have signed up to participate each featuring a different wine.

This year’s event has a new name according to Main Street Manager, JoAnn Gentry.

“The merchants are looking forward to summer in downtown and we decided ‘Summer Wined Up’ not only reflects their optimism but also gets people ‘wined’ up about happenings in downtown Newnan this summer,” Gentry said. Read More»

This Friday, April 27, the first Lunch on the Lawn program of 2012 will provide an opportunity for local employees and residents to get outside on their lunch break, and enjoy the spring weather and music on the Historic Courthouse lawn.
