A request by Senoia to annex 37 acres near Ga. Highway 85 and Ga. Highway 16 into the city was supported by the Coweta County Commission at the Dec. 16 meeting.
County Planning Director Robert Tolleson said his department reviewed the request and, based on the findings, had no objections to the annexation request pertaining to 37.45 acres along the east and west sides of Hwy. 85 and south of Hwy.16.
The property would include a combination of GC (general commercial) and R-40 (residential) zoning, Tolleson said. Read More»
