The Peachtree City Council has a feather-light agenda on tap for its Aug. 1 meeting.
The biggest decision council faces involves a variance to allow an increase in parking spaces for a vacant restaurant that is being redeveloped into a bank at the Kedron Village Shopping Center.
The developer, who is demolishing the former Pizza Hut/KFC building to make room for a 3,400 sq. ft. Chase Bank, is asking for 30 parking spaces, whereas city ordinance only allows for 14 spaces based on the size of the building and its use. Read More»
