Thomas Leslie Hix and Dorothy Elaine Hix of Senoia

Thomas Leslie Hix, passed away May 20, 2010 and his wife of 43 years Dorothy Elaine Hix, passed away 14 days later on June 3, 2010, both of Senoia.

Survivors include daughters and son in laws Cynthia Elaine & Paul Harrison of Senoia; Cheryl & Mark Grindle of Senoia; grandchildren Lance Harrison, Kelly Grindle, and Ryan Grindle.

Mr. John Roland Hardy Truelsen, 89, of Mulberry, Florida, passed away on June 2, 2010.

Mr. Truelsen received a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and later became a captain in the Marines during WWII. After 40 years of service with Norton Company, he retired and they relocated to Lakeland, FL where he enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his friends and family. Read More»

Curtis Jackson, 94, of Fayetteville, died June 2, 2010.

He served in the U.S. Army during WWII in the Pacific. Mr. Jackson retired from the FAA, Southern Region. John Edward Hallwood, 64, passed away Friday, May 28, 2010. He was a devoted husband and caring father, a man of character, and great faith. His sense of humor will be missed by his friends and family. Mr. Hallwood grew up in Miami, FL, attended Miami High School and University of Florida. After service in the Air Force, he was a pilot for Eastern Airlines for 25 years, owner of Prime Time Paintball in Senoia and more recently a trader on the foreign currency exchange.
