Ladies’ tea will raise funds for local Fayette, Coweta charities

Ladies in the Coweta-Fayette community are invited to a regional ladies tea to be held on Saturday, July 30, from noon until 2 p.m. at Fayette Family Church, 1725 Ga. Hwy, 54 West, Fayetteville. The event is a fund raiser for local Coweta and Fayette ministry charities that have been hurt by the recession the past couple of years. Some of the those include the Coweta Pregnancy Services, Hope House, Airport Chaplains, local food banks, Pathway Homes for Girls and many more.

The tea is sponsored by local women of faith, who want to include as many women as possible from the two counties. Read More»

Inman United Methodist Church, 151 Hills Bridge Rd., Fayetteville, invites all children to get cookin’ at Shake it up Cafe’ Vacation Bible School which begins Sunday, July 17 and ends on Thursday, July 21.
