Al Messick, 77, of Peachtree City, Ga., passed away at home on March 11, 2012 surrounded by his family.

Al loved the Lord, his family, and was a dedicated member of his church. He served as a former chairman of the Board of Trustees and Beautification Committee.

Born August 16, 1934 in Cedar County Mo. Al graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Missouri. Mrs. Carolyn Henson Conley, 90, of East Point, Ga. passed away on March 7, 2012 at her home.

Carolyn was born in College Park, Ga., and graduated from Alonzo Richardson High in College Park, Ga.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years James Carl Conley; the two were married on Christmas Eve, 1940.

James "Jim" Edgar Knauff, II, 91, of Peachtree City, Ga., passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Doctor's Hospice. Jim was born in Atlantic City, N.J. on December 11, 1920 to James Edgar Knauff, Sr. and Ruth Cordrey Knauff. He served his country in the United States Army during World War II receiving the World War II Victory Medal, served in Germany, received the Good Conduct Medal and the European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal.
