Charles L. Payne, 68, of Peachtree City, Ga. passed away on December 16, 2014.  

He was born on August 9, 1946 in Turtlepoint, Pa. to Cecile and Wayne Payne. He graduated from Port Allegany High School in Allegany, Pa. and then from Williamsport Community College in Williamsport, Pa.

Francis R. Harman of Peachtree City, Ga., passed away on Dec. 22, 2014 at the age of 89 after a long illness. Francis was born on July 20, 1925 on a farm north of Hays, Kan., to William and Eva (Balls) Harman. His parents preceded him in death.

Francis was married to Eudora R. (Cordell) on Aug. 29, 1948. They were married for 67 happy years. Tom J. Whitehead, 78, of Peachtree City, Ga. passed away Dec. 17, 2014 following a brief and courageous battle with cancer. He was born and raised in Albertville, Ala. and was a U.S. Army veteran.

He was an air traffic controller and retired from the FAA in Atlanta, Ga. Mr. Frank Everett Parrott, Sr. (8/23/1920-12/23/2014) of Fayetteville (formerly of Red Oak, Ga.)  Retired from Southern Bell on 12/31/83 after 43 years of service.  He was married to his now deceased wife, Mary Elizabeth Thames Parrott, for over 71 years.

Robert was born on March 10, 1935 to the late Lawrence Jordan and Emma Henderson Jordan of Fayetteville.
