Ruth Liesel Schildheuer Prater, 88, of Fayetteville, passed away Nov. 27, 2012. She was born in Vienna, Austria Dec. 14, 1923 and graduated from Reichstheaterkammer in Karlsruhe, Germany receiving an education in music, voice and composition.

She and her husband of 47 years, Major Charles L. Prater, (deceased) moved to Fayetteville from East Point in 1989. She became an active member of the community as a full-time volunteer in the ministry of Jehovah's Witnesses and is known in the area as "the little German (Austrian) lady that teaches the Bible." He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Lorene Crutcher Clifford and is survived by his son, Stephen W. Mr. John Gonsalves De Jesus Jr., age 84, resident of Peachtree City, GA, died at his home on Nov. 28, 2012.

John was born Jan. 23, 1928, in New Bedford, Mass., the son of John de Jesus and Guilhermina Vieira de Jesus.

Mrs. Linda Honrath (Coffee Lady) of Tyrone passed away Nov. 23, 2012.

She is survived by her husband, Herbert Honrath of Tyrone; daughters, Diana Honrath of Fayetteville and Dianeme Frye of Myron, Ga.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Minister Billy Rowe officiating.

He was born in Passaic, New Jersey on March 18, 1929. Mr. Leonardi proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a meat cutter for over 50 years in New York & New Jersey. He was a loving husband to his wife of over 60 years, a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather & brother. He loved spending time with his family & friends.

Paula Lemming Sellers, 65, passed away on Nov. 24, 2012 at Southwest Christian Care.

Paula was married to "Coach" Weyman Sellers for 25 years, until his death in January 2011.

She graduated from Georgia State University. She worked for Namano, Inc. for 10 years and also taught school, retiring from Fayette County High School.
