Thomas Albert Crusselle, 82, of Fayetteville, died April 15, 2010.

He was a member of Fayetteville Masonic Lodge #711. He is survived by his wife Montene Crusselle; daughter Terri Crusselle and Doug Crook of Fayetteville; and aunts and cousins.

A graveside service will be held Monday, April 19, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Greenwood Cemetery, 1173 Cascade SW, Atlanta.

Mr. Max Howard Medert of Fayetteville, one of 'Merrill's Marauders' in WWII

Mr. Max Howard Medert of Fayetteville passed away on April 10, 2010 at the age of 86.

Max was a WWII Army veteran who proudly served as one of “Merrill’s Marauders” in China, Burma and India. Following his military career, he served on the city of Atlanta Police Force , retiring after 25 years of service.
