Phil Neupert, Jr., 59, of Fayetteville

Phil Neupert, Jr., 59, of Fayetteville, passed away Dec. 16, 2012.

He served his country in the US Navy during The Vietnam War and then retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs after 30 years of service. Phil was a member of Inman United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife Brenda of 34 years; sons Trey Neupert, III and his wife, Carissa and Wiley Dean Neupert; granddaughter Josie; sister Gretchen Bodinsky and her husband Steve; and a nephew Johnathan Bodinsky and his wife Clarrissa. Read More»

Orville Barber, age 82

Orville Barber went to be with his wife, Betty of 58 years on Dec. 11, 2012 at the age of 82.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana and three sons, Geoffery, Douglas and James.

Orville is survived by a daughter, Karin and two sons, Timothy and wife, Katherine and David and wife, Tammy. He is also survived by eight (8) grandchildren and they are Jackie, Travis, Rebecca, Matthew, Hannah, Connor, Brad and Samya.

Robert I. Morris, Sr., age 86, formerly of Peachtree City, Ga. and Bedminster, N.J., passed away on Dec. 8, 2012.

She was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio.

She also loved gardening.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years Denny Danylchak; daughters Rebecca Danylchak of Newnan and Erica Danylchak of Atlanta; her son Gregory Ross Danylchak of San Francisco, Calif.

Mrs. Maezie Zorn Lawrence, age 76 of Griffin, passed away on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at Spalding Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Lawrence was born on Sept. 14, 1936 in Ashburn, Ga., but was raised in Irwinville, Ga.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Zorn and Margaret Ponder Zorn.
