She was born in 1929 to Walter & Mary E. Beene in Petros, Tenn. Mrs. Ward worked as an accountant. She was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Peachtree City.

Mrs. Ruth Deal, age 91, of Peachtree City passed away Jan. 4, 2013.

She was born in Holyoke, Mass. and was the daughter of the late Edward and Lillian Ezold.

Mrs. Deal was preceded in death by her husband Claire Marcus Deal and brothers, Edward A. Ezold and Robert E. Ezold.

Norma Elizabeth Green, age 78, of Fayetteville

Norma Elizabeth Green passed away Dec. 31, 2012.

She was born in New York City on Aug. 11, 1934 to Frederick and Rose Schlafly. She graduated at the top of her class at Nova Southeastern University and was a lifelong member of MENSA. She traveled the world before settling in Key Largo, Fla., where she raised a family of 5 children and worked as a bookkeeper before retiring. Mr. Bryce Burton Michael, of Fayetteville, passed away on Dec. 20, 2012 at the age of 22.

Bryce was a happy person who was always smiling. He had a great sense of humor and always found ways to make others laugh. He had a positive attitude and was blessed with a gift of making people feel important.

She was a member of The American Legion Auxilliary, the Gideon Auxilliary and enjoyed Red Hat Society meetings.

She is preceded in death by her son, Dale Wees II and a sister Evagail Dean.
