Lareen Peeples, loving wife, mother, proud grandmother, and friend, 56, of Fayetteville, passed away April 7, 2011.

Mrs. Peeples was retired from the U.S. government at FORSCOM Headquarters G-3/5/7 Chief Force Management. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Fayetteville.

Bernadine Ulaine Hilfiker passed peacefully March 26, 2011, at her home in Fayetteville, Ga.

She was born March 1, 1917, to Dr. and Mrs. Charles W. Ihle in Cleghorn, Iowa. She met her partner in life, Everett S. (Hil) Hilfiker, while working as a nurse at Pomona Valley Hospital, Ca. Mr. Ven I. Gella, 63, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2011.

Mr. Gella was born on May 24, 1947 in the Philippines. He served proudly in the U.S. Navy. After serving in the Navy he began his career with Pan Am and later retired from Delta Air Lines. He was currently employed at World Airways.
