The springtime Service of Remembrance sponsored by Healthfield Hospice will be held on March 17, at 6 p.m. in St. Paul Episcopal Church, 576 Roscoe Road (Highway 70) in Newnan.

The Church is located less than one mile from the Bypass West intersection with Highway 70.

Families whose loved ones have completed their earthly journey during the past year are invited to share in this special time of remembrance. The service includes music and a special time for each person who is being remembered.

The Newnan-Coweta Historical Society will present “An Evening with President Teddy Roosevelt” as portrayed by Joe Wiegand. Roosevelt will appear at the Wadsworth Auditorium, 25 Jefferson Street in Newnan, on Thursday, Mar. 24 at 7 p.m. He will speak on his life and careers. Admission will be $5 (students $3).
