WASA Working in Wynnmeade and Aberdeen & Kedron This Summer
This week, the Peachtree City Water & Sewerage Authority (WASA) will begin work on two projects. The first is the sewer rehabilitation on Kings Ridge Dr. in Wynnmeade, which begins this week with inspections and preconstruction preparation and will include some traffic lane closures and some temporary service disruptions for homes in the area during the week of August 1. More detail on road closures will be provided prior to the project starting. This project should be completed by August 12.

The second project involves sewer line cleaning and video inspections of the sanitary sewer trunk line that starts along the western side of Lake Peachtree to Kedron Dr. (along the cart path from Riley Pkwy and Flat Creek Dr., in Fairfield Subdivision, and on Wisdom Road). The final area will be along the creek behind Walnut Grove Rd. This work should be completed by the end of August. The initial work will be from Riley Pkwy to Peachtree City Elementary. Please use caution along the paths and roadways when workers are present.
