FREE SPEECH for the week of Sept. 24 – Sept. 30

Free Speechers, here’s your “have at it” page again.

Post on topic or off topic or make up your own topic.

Here are some anonymous contributions that showed up in my email last week to get your pumps primed.

========================

I have some advice on how to fix our messed up schools and budget deficit. Don’t cut the teacher pay, but cut their extra supplement by 5%, start charging for school busses, collect all the money we are owed from the out of county kids who have been caught in our schools illegally and do NOT let them back in, quit letting kids go to different schools in the county with “special permission” as that is what messed up our schools to begin with, get rid of the senior tax exemption if they have grandkids living with them that are in our schools, and start charging the out of county teachers kids that go to our schools. Maybe even stop serving hot meals. Not popular decisions, but necessary to save our school system. There you have it, and the advice was free.

WOW,WOW,WOW. I just got put in the group that doesn’t pay federal income tax. The group that Romney says he doesn”t worry about because we expect the gov’t to take care us. My wife and I paid income tax until our retirement. Our retirement is not enough that we have to pay income tax. Mr. Romney, you really are out of touch with the lower middle class. I get nothing, natta, from the government; never have. Mr. Romney, you need to go into the cities and go to the poorer areas in the morning. You would see thousands of people going to work every morning on the subways and buses. Most of these folks go to jobs that do not pay a living wage. Mr. Romney, many of the folks clean homes, cars, offices, and have more than one generation living in a small apartment and they need government’s help. These folks furnish the young to fight our wars. How much is it worth to you, Mr. Romney, to have the poor kids to die in war so that you and the higher class won’t have to? You just lost our vote. — Senoia, Ga.

E-gad. Yet another, too lengthy, dissertation from that Mr Parker in Peachtee City. ENOUGH! Even the AJC limits letter, faxes and e-mails to so many words or less. His using The Citizen to hear himself talk (and voicing his political views among other things) is getting to be too much. Who made him king? I'm just about ready to just throw your paper in the trash when it shows up, because it is the same thing over and over (about the same stuff, from the same people). We are just WEARY of it. Must say, though, I love the editorial cartoons!

Thank you for the excellent article by Derek Wolter. It was superb. Kudos to you for giving us a good dose of thinking print.

Fredi Gonzalez what are you THINKING???

9th inning, 3-1 (losing) game with Brian McCann and Elliott Johnson sitting on the bench and Fredi sends Laird (0-3) and UGGLY UGGLY UGGLA (0 for 369) back up to the plate to hit.

Not to mention that moron B J Upton strikes out to end the game.

McCann had a freekin' bat in his hands on the bench, body language SCREAMING to let him go hit.

Way to play to lose, Fredi, way to play to lose. Argggghhhh.......

They (Fredi and Wren) are setting up to clinch at home this week. And you know what? No one comes out to see them get the division after looking at this absolutely lousy management. They will be lucky to get 20 thousand in the park to see them clinch, just due to the lousy decisions like those that were made tonight.

I will never, ever pay $30. or more to go watch a 13 million dollar Uggly play in person. Or Upton. You are right about Medlen. He could have won it if left in, or at least finished the 8th inning.

Fredi's plan

We'll see how it works comes post-season. The resting of pitchers and some starters could come back to bite him in the backside, but I can't criticize the guy too much when he takes a starting-8 like this to a division crown and maybe the best record in the National League. With guys like Dan Struggla and BJ Upton? Pretty stellar job here, IMO. Yeah, he has a fantastic bullpen and the starters are solid, but this isn't really a team of extraordinary talent.

Manage to win the game Fredi, don't manage not to lose. You trot out three right-handed hitters against a right-handed pitcher? And those hitters are Laird, Struggla and Bossman Junior? Go for the win Fredi. Pinch hit McCann, E Johnson and then Schafer. Even if Sveum brings in a lefty, E Johnson is a switch-hitter and Reid Johnson is on the bench.

His answer would be we've got to get Struggla and BJ going. News flash Fredi. If they aren't "going" after 154 games, they ain't "going" this year.

Good thing the season doesn't last three more weeks, instead of just one. The way the Nats are playing and the way we are playing down the stretch, I'm afraid it might be 2011 all over again. Stat that should scare you the most? We were 1 for 6 with RISP, again. That won't cut it in the postseason.

and I see the difference big time, in managers. Especially note the 4th paragraph and 2nd to last paragraph. Fredi doesn't get that part of his job. Never has.

I will be rooting for both after next week. These 2 in the WS is my baseball fantasy this year. I still have hope.....always hope!!

Thinking ahead to next year - yes they are

I doubt the micro-managing of the two Uglies is about a home game clinch, although that would be nice. Instead, I think they are trying to showcase these guys shortcomings (especially Uggla) and set up or justify an expensive dumping or trading to rid themeselves of these under performers.

That being said, I think Uggla is a heck of a ballplayer, just not getting it done last few years.

I have to disagree. Uggly USED to be a heck of a player. While his peds were kicking in. No more.

If there is a worse starting 2nd baseman in MLB, show me! That, and the 6 month long .180 batting average? He can't hit, he can't catch the ball.

Freddie Freeman probably has enlarged joints from the crappy throws he's been forced to take from him. And he's a big suck up phony. He started with the Chipper suck up and then the fake hug he took credit for from Freeman. He has been a huge suck up to Fredi forever. No one will take either of them, the Braves are stuck with them. And their obscene salaries.

At least Upton doesn't fake that he gives a hoot. His every move says he's there for the paycheck and that's it. Oh wait, his other good move is to question ever strike call from the ump and then smile, nod and say "yes, you're right" when the ump tells him it was a strike. I mean, who does that??

Let's all just sit back and watch this play out.

All those suspended are of hispanic background (well, except Braun, there is always a minority white guy in there). The next few weeks we will see an NAAHBBPDU (national assoc. for advancement of hispanic baseball player drug users) pop up and ARoid will lead it and claim discrimination against his compadres by MLB and by Bob Costas.

He will lead marches (if his hips hold up..schtooping strippers will do that to ya) to little league ballfields across NY and be autographing chalupas for anyone who wants one. His followers will wear brown hoodies and carry signs that say "I AM Alex".

Only in America.

Oh, World Series...Red Sox and Bravos. Game 7, in the snow on Halloween. Be there.

Board of Commissioners meeting tonight

Whenever agendas "mistakenly" do not appear online as they usually do, seems to be a reason for it that most will not like.

On tonight's agenda (just now after 2 days of asking why it was not available) is a change to the height limit for Pinewood. Going to go from what was told originally would be a 40 foot height limit for sound stages and tonight they will get a new height limit of 65 feet. That could be buildings that are 7-8 stories tall. So much for being virtually invisible from the road.

Also, there is a very telling letter with many objections from a resident who has lived in Burbank, Ca. where the sound stages have been for years and he is very upset with what he knows will happen in the lowering of property values around new sound stages. A letter that everyone should read.

Changes are on the docket that are just overwhelmingly favorable to the studios. Does anyone know if Bill Foley is now running things in the county government offices? Has he been put on payroll there? To say this Pinewood deal will overrun this county is an understatement. It has already started. Watch what happens tonight. Hooray for Hollywood. No, hooray for Bollywood. No, no hooray for Pinewood.

Is commission too scared to let this out?

25 extra feet is two more stories. Your right, it appears like Pinewood is now running FC.

MLC, can you post the link to the letter about the resident objections to the sound stages? I would like to read it.

People may not realize that the sound stages run almost 24/7. That means lots of traffic, parking lot lights, ect... God bless those folks who have lived the peaceful life in this beautiful part of the county.

Brown won't let those wascally developers get away with this

The Chairman knows how to ferret out sneaky developers who are taking advantage of us. When he was mayor his first act was to have a moratorium on all development until he could sort everything out and rewrite the rules. I expect he will do the same thing here. Can't remember what the beef was back in the city but here and now we have huge square footage, multi-family housing slid in a couple weeks ago and now big tall buildings.

I can't imagine the caped crusader letting this fly by - especially now that he has 2 or 3 yes men to do his bidding.

If you think this is the case, would commission not try to get this out to the public sooner?

Ms. Aisha Abdur-Rahman wrote a very good email that is in tonights package. If her information is correct, property values will go down. In addition, we are allowing Pinewood to do whatever they want in hopes of a cash cow. Yet we have no guarantees from Pinewood on anything.

That was actually sarcasm, Husband

I was just pointing out another of his famous 180's. Put very simply - he was against everything and everyone that had anything to do with development and growth, including the road to nowhere that this thing is built on - until he is now suddenly for this studio deal, arguably one of the largest changes in county zoning since PTC was founded in the 1950's. Wonder why.

You are sure right that county commission is not steering this. Pace, Foley, the other guy are now in charge. Good PR campaign, guys.

I wouldn't worry about property values. Besides if property values on a few houses with large acreage go down, that will be more than offset by the vacant land within the 1200 acres which has already increased quite a bit in value. I'm sure that when the next mayor and council in PTC begins to understand this whole thing that they will get aggressive on the east side of town and annex as much as they can before Fayetteville does the same thing. PTC annexing eastward will protect our values and tax base which would be good. Fayetteville annexing to our eastern border would probably decrease our values and that would be bad. The only way we can lose in PTC is to put our collective head into the sand and pretend nothing unusual is happening.

This all leads to some real good questions to ask our multiple candidates for mayor and city council. If they understand what I wrote in the preceding paragraph and agree it is worth considering and planning toward- then consider voting for them. If they don't understand the economics of an eastward annexation or worse yet take a firm stance against annexation anywhere at any time - mark them down as lightweights not deserving of your vote.

Its the 180 I still have yet to grasp. There are no guarantees from Pinewood. None. Yet the political lightweights keep giving and giving.

Just a few short years ago, most on commission were meeting with the residents in this area fighting to kill the road and save our pristine land. Its like they turned their backs at the first sign of a dollar on the street tied to fishing string that Pinewood keeps luring them to.

Personally I am not worried about property values, though I do feel for the lady, who like me, feel like we are being hoodwinked into the dream.

If it were me, the Cancer Treatment Center in Newnan would have been a better fit. Close to the hospital, high paying jobs, ect... The cancer center is now in the process of expanding after 1 year. Talk about lost opportunity.

I am going to lay low on PTC politics until everyone announces their intentions. Like Mr. King, I think more are going to announce. If GD doesn't revisit his mayoral run and gives up his seat, Im afraid he could be left out. Vanessa is gone and the mayor is toast. Not sure if JB really understands the work involved and the burden on his young family. Hopefully we will see more announce soon.

Obama shows up stoned

In the WH press room unannounced. Right after the Congressional Black Caucus meets with DOJ , Barry saunters in with big grin on his face.
Check out the video from the moment he walked in and scared the crap out of the press corps who have never experienced him do this before.
This is the Haavahd Barry, the Joe Cool Barry, just enjoying himself at the expense of a man who spent 17 months of hell waiting for his day in court, only to be found guilty again after a jury verdict of not guilty in a court of law.
Look at Barry's eyes, his demeanor, his whole attitude. How can there be any question that this country ever made a mistake twice at the polls.
Yes Barry you ARE Trayvon.

Yep, MLC, that jaunty saunter out, that grin and then he becomes

sober and -could have been me, blah, blah, then back to the grin and all fun and games. The only statement he made asking the nation to respect the jury's decision was released by e-mail. Is he for real? Has he actually shown a real emotion since he has been in the White House? Now will come another investigation, ad nauseaum. The man was acquitted by a jury chosen by both the prosecution and the defense, let it be before we end up with rioting and destruction all over the country. The latest Time magazine said that blacks make up 13% of the nation's population but more than half of America's homicide victims and culprits were black in 2011. Where is the uproar over this? Where are the Sharptons, the Jacksons and all those marchers?

In another article in that same Time magazine by long time Philadelphia Mayor Nutter (an African American), he states in his city 75% of homicide victims are black men and about 80% of the people arrested for homicides are black men. He goes on to say that black men across the country are killing each other and yet that epidemic is rarely the part of any national conversation. Again, where is Jackson, Sharpton and the rest? This, to me, is the travesty.

Rolling Stone is reporting he will be in the VIP car of the ferris wheel and will be sipping champagne and yukking it up with Aisha and the local Rev. Markie Hutchins as the masses stroll by. If any of them want to ride with them there will just be a small $13.95 fee to get up close and personal.

Jesse will be hanging out at the water fountains in the park and will baptize any female under the age of 75 who will smile and wink at him as they stroll by. For a love token of just $22.50, of course.

The percentages represented here are mainly black on black crime. Are you saying that you are unaware of the cry in the black community of this travesty? Are you saying that Sharpton and Jackson and other black men and women are not addressing this horrendous daily occurrance that is happening in black communities throughout our nation? Well, maybe you're reading and listening to the 'white press' - Pick up a black community paper and see what is happening and read about the murders, ususally gang related, that are happening in urban areas in the black, brown, and Asian communities in urban areas.

Quote:

he states in his city 75% of homicide victims are black men and about 80% of the people arrested for homicides are black men.

How many of these homicides are reported in the main media? Do you think that human beings who live in these communities do nothing to try to stop this? You are wrong. There are many citizens and law enforcement who are trying to stop this devastating activity. Too many innocents are killed on the streets in our urban areas. The press focus is on Sharpton and Jesse - but there are many, many more out there risking their lives on the urban streets of our country - yet we're cutting budget for law enforcement, we're cutting budgets for recreation activities, and it appears to some that we are celebrating in some discussions the killing of 'another black thug'. Guns are collected and seized - and the next day, more illegal guns are on the streets. - These guns are not sold to 'hunters' or citizens who want to protect their person and property - these guns are SOLD to criminals. Yet we don't want to give law-enforcement the tool to confiscate unregistered guns.

I know I won't change many minds in this discussion - just wanted to share another point of view.

Ah, DM, you are so predictable. I am sure the people who live

in the areas where these crimes are being committed are trying to do what they can to change the status quo, what I am wanting to know is why Sharpton and Jackson are not running to these cities and taking to the streets with their horns. Why are they not using their time and energy to try to save the thousands of young black men who are being lost every year? It definitely is suspect when they pounce on one event when it includes a 'white' person (who, by the way is usually not considered white--but guess here it suits their purpose). As for the numbers game--I feel that is something we all need to see in print. Yes, I was aware that most of these are black on black crimes--that is what this mayor was stressing. Isn't that even a greater travesty? I don't have to read 'black' newspapers to see the statistics; they are in enough of the papers, magazines etc, I do read as well as on the news day in and day out.

I read in one of your other posts that 'cracker' was not necessary derogatory. Come on, even you couldn't possibly believe that--I am sure this young man (not little boy) was not referring to a remark from slavery, he probably has never heard that reference --ah, but what a chance to get that word in--that word that has a permanent place in any of your posts. When he said 'creepy ass cracker' that is exactly what was meant. You know it and I know it as does anyone else black or white who heard the context it was used in. But, if it is okay to use words that were used in days of slavery, then I guess it is okay to refer to African Americans as 'darkies' or any of the many other words from that era.

Of course you will read this and skew it as you usually do--but that is expected. You are predictable if nothing else.

p.s. Laugh of the day---Urban dictionary says crackaa is a term of endearment from one black to another. Guess Trayvon was just showing his love by your definition.

I'm not skewing - but sharing my point of view as an African American. When the witness was asked if 'cracker' was used in her community as a racial derogatory word - she answered based on the history that she was aware of of the word. Because you are not aware of the history of the word - and it has been used as a derogatory word towards 'white' people in many instances - is because in her community and contacts - white people have been in authority and are crackaas. Believe me, there are plenty of other derogatory words used in inner city communities that are far worse than that word when denigrating 'white' people. Because you don't know the history of a denigrating phrase - doesn't mean the history is false. She answered the question correctly. This word is used in 2013 daily - and we don't have slavery today - so stop acting as if African Americans are only referring to the denigration of slavery. Darkies from that era? Do you believe that the term is not used today? Really? How closed mind are you if you cannot accept that others have a different opinion than yours? Sharing with you is frustrating because you can't listen to another opinion or concept that is different from the one you have based on your culture and experience. Some blacks use the word 'nigger' affectionately also. Has nothing to do with 'slavery'. It has to do with taking the sting out of the word - because it is used in 2013 to denigrate. Some whites have used the word 'redneck' as a term of pride - but there were other cultures who used it in a derogatory manner. Anyway, we will never change one another - and I only take the time to respond to you for the benefit of sharing another point of view based on my experience - which is different from yours.

As for Jackson and Sharpton - they have not been in the 'black' communities trying to stem gang activities? Really? One advantage that I have is that I have access to 'minority' media as well as the 'conservative' and main press. Believe me, they (Jackson and Sharpton) are working with the political leadership in those areas as well as the church leaders. What is your experience living as a black in a gang infested community? Who is working in 'your' community to assist with the guns that are getting into the hands of mentally ill 'white' citizens? Maybe if citizens would start working together instead of 'taking sides' and only seeing fault in the 'other side', something could be done to solve some of these problems.
Thanks for sharing.

DM, second verse, same as the first. No, you do not answer

people's posts to 'share'. You post to espouse the same old tired tripe. Just about everyone on this site is on to you. When you stop with your usual claptrap then perhaps people will not seem to be taking sides as you usually accuse them of doing. No, I have no experience living as a black in a gang infested community or anywhere else; but I am sure you have; as you seem to have been everywhere and done everything---I actually expect someday to hear that you were one of the survivors of The Titanic. As for Sharpton and Jackson, they are all out for themselves and are there for the publicity and what financial gain they can garner. Anything they do is highly publicized so I am sure any efforts they may have made/are making to improve conditions would be widely touted.
As for working together, you are one of the most devisive people on this site.

Thank you for your input and your expression of understanding another's point of view. The group of people that I have had the privilege of meeting here in Fayetteville have taught me a lot - and I have gained great understanding from their point of view. We do not have to 'argue' to be understood - and understanding does not necessarily mean agreement. Unfortunately, too many people think the expression of the African American's experience in this country is 'clap-trap'. Fortunately, the generation of my grandchildren do not. You represent the generation of Paula Dean - and many understand that. No need to argue. Disagreement noted.

Haddix: Clarity on Some Comments

Spyglass, You can contact whomever you wish, but I will see the email. The Mayor (CEO and City Supervisor) and City Manager (Chief Administrative Officer) have issues like this as part of our jobs. It actually makes the flow smoother if it starts with me or the City Manager.

NUK, any such issues concerning the City, please do send to me.

Mail to:

Don Haddix
Mayor of Peachtree City
151 Willowbend Road
Peachtree City, GA. 30269

Or attach to an email to me.

Either way it will be properly handled.

Doing it this way also removes any doubt anyone could possible have about it not being dealt with properly. But I can assure you the Interim Chief does not ignore any such complaint.

16 short weeks, spyguy. Hang in there

16 weeks until election day and since I have 3 trips planned during that time - I am sure the weeks will just fly by.

This November will be a turning point for the city and I really am looking forward to it. Next November (2014) is more of a turning point for the country as there is some real hope of getting the Senate back. I suspect many incumbents are going to retire rather than be booted. The lessons of California and Detroit are very valuable to the semi-literate, knee-jerk Democrat voter and he and she may convert. Or they may be so hopelessly stupid that they will continue voting themselves welfare and other goodies that can't possibly be paid out for much longer. We'll see.

But, first things first. 16 weeks until we get our city back. Then we can start using that hotel/motel tax money for business development. Maybe build some rental housing for the thousands of Pinewood employees.

PTC Fire Department

First of all let me say that I admire the men and women of the PTCFD but what I witnessed this morning gave me concern. I was leaving my subdivision this morning about 8:20 and was coming up on the crossroad before you exit the SD. This crossroad has a stop sign on the side roads but not the main rd. The fire truck was approaching the stop sign and I expected them to stop, but no, they blew thru the stop and pulled right in front of me. I continued on behind the truck as they were going the same way that I was headed. Going down the Pkwy I pulled up behind them just to see how fast they were going as it seemed that they were going in excess of the posted 40mph, they were traveling at 52mph.
My question is don't the men and women of the PCTFD have to follow the same posted laws that you and I have to. They were not headed to another emergency, they were heading back to the station on south Ptree Pkwy. Someone at city hall needs to address this as these are public servants that like the PTCPD should be held at a higher standard as they are one of the most visible parts of our fine city. The old adage still stands, slow down the life you save could be your own.

Well, let's hope this one is better than the last. The complaint I filed with the last one about an employee turned out to go nowhere, as I found out he was sexually harassing her and she was only being kept around for his sicko kicks. Other than that, yes, they do a great job.

LongTime,

Please email me with the details and I will follow up on the issue.

If you know, please advise the truck number or Station number, which are on the vehicles.

dhaddix@peachtree-city.org

I will include you on my correspondence with Staff, but I need more than an anonymous blog contact for issues like this.

Our Safety personnel are indeed some of the finest in the nation. But occasionally mistakes do occur and sometimes there is a good reason for what happens.

Thanks.

Hey Don: Would you like the info on a PTCPD cop in Newnan?

He's still tailgating people an inch from their bumper and going around 75-80mph on Hwy34 in Coweta, all while changing lanes rather erratically in his PTC patrol car. Loves to tailgate everyone on Lower Fayetteville Road in Newnan on his way home, even if they are exceeding the speed limit.

I've had enough of this guy's BS. He lives in Timberlane subdivision in Newnan and I posted about this a week ago here, but after observing him again yesterday, I'll make it more formal than just throwing it out on The Citizen. This guy is beyond aggressive driving and I guess it's because he's in a marked car and thinks everyone else won't notice that it's a PTC squad car and not Coweta/Newnan, so he can just go wild.

This guy is an azz. I'll send the letter via postal mail. I might can get some pics this weekend even if he goes out and about.

A Memo to Canongate golf club management

Seems some wimp, low testosterone management person has decided to lift his hind leg and stake his territory at the clubs here.

The new (very cheap looking, I might add) signs popping up at every intersection with the city paths with the threat of "No Trespassing....blah, blah, blah..." are just so terrorizing, I had to stop my cart, lower my heart rate and whip out my weapon as I went by to protect myself from any violators.

Back in the day, signs used to be worded with courtesy, the design was reflective of the green lifestyle of PTC, and they were innocuous, but to the point.

This is what the new Canongate is all about? Guess with the record profits they are experiencing and the more than 100 new management contracts they are going to sign on to their portfolio this year, their brass feel they have PTC at their mercy. It's a shame they couldn't turn some of that money back to club members as lower fees or as improvements that actually improved their "brand", instead of cheapening it and threatening the population.

Obama's $100 Million African Family Vacation

A fully staffed medical trauma center on a US aircraft carrier that will be sent to the region.

Military cargo planes will airlift in 56 support vehicles, including 14 limousines and 3 trucks loaded with sheets of bulletproof glass to cover the windows of the hotels where the first family will stay. Fighter jets will fly shifts, giving 24 hour coverage over the president's airspace.

Sniper teams with high-powered rifles that will shadow them on a safari in Tanzania, ready to kill any animal that becomes a threat. (Oh whew, that last one got cancelled for a trip to Robben Island where Mandela was imprisoned.)

Meechele's mommy (you know, the one who is really raising the girls) is going, her niece Leslie Robinson is going.

First doggie Bo and Joe Biden were not invited and are spending the week with together getting their hairs trimmed ( a mere $2,963. for Joe, $6,241. for Bo) and will be marking their territory out in the back yard. (One of them will, you get to pick). The other will be practicing how to be the grand marshall in the 4th of July parade on the Mall (again, you decide).

Eric Holder has left for Mexico to pick up some really, muy bueno firecrackers and bottle rockets that he plans to set off in a most Fast and Furious way on the 4th in the yard of the home next to Supreme Court Justice Roberts estate. Cost to the taxpayers for the above? A paltry $473,000 (if you include the 6 newly unemployed board of directors of the now defunct buyyourfakevoteridcard. com he will take along with him).

Me? I'll be right here making an idiot of myself. Cost to taxpayers? Priceless.

It seems to me that the BOE has three(3) options (1)be a defendant. (2)negotiate a cash settlement or (3)counter litigate for harassment.

I'm betting on 2. Hope I'm wrong.

SPQR - Chelsea Chaney - I disagree, I hope they fight it

I would love to see her try to justify $2 million in damages to a jury.

Plus, based on the 4 point test I have outlined elsewhere in this string, I'm of the opinion that is falls under fair use. Her lawyer seems to think that it is blatantly and obviously unethical and illegal.
1) the use was for educational purposes, not commercial gain.
2) It wasn't a previously unpublished work, like a private letter. It was on an open access facebook account, so there is no expectation of privacy. Nor was it a creative work, which usually gets more protection. It was a "non-art" vacation photograph.
3) I'm sure the entire photograph was used so may be some issue there. But I didn't see the presentation, might have been a cropped, edited or a low res version used.
4) The commercial value of the picture hasn't been compromised. There was arguably no commercial value in the first place since she published it on a an open source where anybody could have copied it.

She has no more standing to sue the school for copyright or privacy infringement than snoop dog has standing to sue her for the same thing. Didnt she take a picture of the snoop dog image and post it on her website without permission? She did the exact same thing with that cardboard cutout she is accusing the school of doing. What a hypocrite. And DM thinks she is courageous. If she sues for 2 million and wins I hope snoop dog sues her for 2.1 million.
