Eagle Scout gives back and then gives some more

Eagle Scout Sean McCarthy takes a minute with Coweta County Commission Chairman Rodney Brooks, L, and former Commissioner Jim McGuffey at the Aug. 21 meeting. For McCarthy the visit was two-fold. He gave a report of the completion of his Eagle Scout project to install bat houses at the James E.
