Fayette Presbyterian hosts Spring Fling this Saturday

Fayette Presbyterian Church will host its fourth annual Spring Fling, a community outreach festival, Saturday, May 8, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the church campus, 791 Forest Ave. (Hwy 92 North), Fayetteville.

Highlights of the festival include a variety of live music all day long, grilled lunches, inflatables, carnival games, bingo with prizes, used book sale, craft sale, and bake sale.

Local vendors include Bruster’s Ice Cream, Rizzo Massage Therapy, Humane Society pet adoptions and Muddy Puddle pony rides.

Fayette Volunteer Newspaper, Juice Plus+ whole food supplements, and Pampered Chef products will also be represented. The FPC Café will be open, offering grilled items available for purchase, as well as nachos, popcorn, and funnel cakes.

Hourly drawings for various prizes from local artists and vendors (tickets $1 at the door) will also be held. The grand prize this year is an electric, EZ-Go, 4 passenger golf cart (tickets $10). You do not have to be present to win it.

This family event is open to the entire community, is free and will be held rain or shine.
