Easter bunny visits Whitewater Creek

Whitewater Creek neighborhood had its annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, Mar. 27. Over 840 eggs were hidden and the Easter Bunny stopped by for a visit. Children scattered and collected all his eggs. The Jelly Bean Jar count was over 2,000 and two children won the Basket Judging contest. Pictured is the Easter Bunny with just a few of the 40 children collecting eggs that day. Photo/Special.

Opinion

I am a soccer referee and each week I am on a soccer field almost every day. I hate seeing young men and women, sometimes as young as 12 or 13, with knee braces, casts, or on crutches.

Sports

If the “Fountain of Youth” really exists, it may be at the Canongate golf courses in Fayette and Coweta counties.
