A former Army Lieutenant sentenced to 20 years in prison last year is seeking clemency after new evidence in his case has surfaced.

Lt. Clint Lorance was convicted for a 2012 incident in Afghanistan in which they alleged that he murdered two Afghan nationals in the warzone, but supporters say that he was wrongly charged and are seeking justice from the soldier, who they say was simply protecting his platoon.
